Software Description: The business is the about an inventory management system named as “I-Inventory System”. It is designed for a boutique namely “Doria image” situated at fortress market, Lahore. It is designed for the heavy duty work load. The layout of the software is created easy to use and user friendly so that the common user can easily use it. The software is well interactive to the user.

Technical aspect: The software is used in heavy work load so it is designed in specially manners. The software divide logically in three parts. First is the user layout by which the user interact the software. The second part is the algorithms part, in this all the specially designed formulas and algorithms are defined to secure the database and make more efficient by introducing multithreading & parallel processing also. The third and last part is containing database which make more secure and hide for common user. It is much protected and make for 10 years use with 10% data growth per years.

Business Aspect: The software is specially designed for top load, so it cost a little more. We (three partners) work approx. 100 hours on it. We select the business type as Partnership for this one. The partnership is of 33% equally. We invest all money as equity there are no liability in the business.  All the resources are managed by ourselves.

Why partnership:

1.       We are not easy to bear whole financial pressure lonely.

2.       In case of loss, we remain stable financially.

3.       We invest money and our service in equally proportion.                                       

4.       The work is technically critical so single entity can’t fulfill it.

5.       Different tools are used to create it, so we need a handsome team.

6.       Database, graphics and coding are hell of different field, so we need three persons to work.

7.       Verification become more reliable by more than one worker.

8.       By three minds , new creations and innovations could easily made.
